I offer trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults who are ready to gain new insights, improve relationship dynamics, and make meaningful changes. I am also trained to provide EMDR and Brainspotting for adults and adolescents struggling with difficult memories (trauma), depression, anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship conflicts.
